Decisions of the Misdemeanour Court on motions to initiate misdemeanour proceedings

Based on Article 179 of the Law on Misdemeanours and the Report on the Number of Irregularities in Connection with the Law on Advertising Relating to Media Service Providers with a License for the Territory of the Entire Republic and the PMI Radio Television of Serbia drafted by the Monitoring and Analysis Department, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media submits motions to initiate misdemeanour proceedings to the competent court.
